About Us
Focused Expertise, Real Investment
Founded in 2007, MCDA CCG was built on a clear idea: business consulting should mean real, hands-on involvement, not a report and a handshake. Mike Rash created a firm that stays invested, and intentional, from start to finish.
That's why we built a team with diverse experience, united by a shared purpose: to collaborate, challenge each other, and solve problems well. We invest in each person's growth, because when our people grow, the work we do for clients gets stronger too.
Our Mission
MCDA CCG exists because every business deserves clearer decisions and stronger systems.
We work alongside you, across operations, finance, HR, and communications, wherever the work is needed.
Our Values
Understanding First
We start by understanding what's actually going on in your business. Everything we build comes from there.
Built Around You
No standard packages. Support is shaped around your specific situation.
Connected Thinking
We look at how different parts of a business affect one another, so a fix in one area doesn't quietly create a problem elsewhere.
Clear and Human
Straightforward guidance, free of jargon or hype, so you always know exactly where you stand.
