Mike has a passion for manufacturing and aerospace operations, as well as for cybersecurity. He has a proven track record of transforming business operations in these industries into world-class operations, and his expertise in cybersecurity helps keep his clients' businesses secure in an ever-evolving digital landscape. He leads from a philanthropic point of view, always seeking to improve the lives of those he works with and the communities in which they operate. Marilyn brings a strong background in strategic communications and social media coordination, supported by a bachelor’s degree in communications with a concentration in public relations. She takes a thoughtful, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach to brand-aligned messaging, brand voice, and audience engagement. Her experience includes content strategy, content creation, copywriting, message development, and managing cross-platform social media efforts, from building content calendars to maintaining a consistent brand presence across channels. With a strategic mindset and a keen eye for detail, Marilyn excels at translating complex ideas into clear, accessible, and compelling content that supports cohesive, goal-aligned communications. Derek is a passionate junior graphic designer whose creative flair and dedication to design continue to shine in every project he undertakes. A proud graduate of the Digital Media Arts Academy at El Dorado High School in Placentia, he is now attending Menlo College, where he is majoring in Business and continuing to grow both academically and artistically. Outside the classroom, Derek showcases his teamwork and discipline on the soccer field. He currently competes in the USL A League with West Coast FC and is excited to represent the Menlo Oaks on the soccer field as well.

Catherine brings extensive management and cost-reduction expertise across the restaurant and hospitality industry. With hands-on experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, she has successfully led teams, streamlined processes, and improved profitability for a wide range of establishments. She also offers specialized bartending and bar management experience, with a strong focus on bar cost reduction, inventory control, and maximizing beverage program profitability. From small, family-owned pizza parlors to large, complex dining operations, Catherine’s strategic insight and operational leadership help businesses run more efficiently while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Outside the classroom, Derek showcases his teamwork and discipline on the soccer field. He currently competes in the USL A League with West Coast FC and is excited to represent the Menlo Oaks on the soccer field as well.

Katrina plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations at MCDA CCG. Her attention to detail, optimism, and ability to multitask make her an indispensable team member. Katrina excels in managing projects, maintaining organization, and providing excellent customer service. Her proactive approach ensures tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Outside of work, Katrina is a passionate singer, songwriter, and actor, pursuing her creative dreams and captivating audiences with her talent.

Sharon is a highly experienced and knowledgeable professional in the field of human resources and executive recruiting. With over 20 years of experience, Sharon has developed a deep understanding of the HR industry and is well-versed in all aspects of talent acquisition, talent management, and employee relations. In addition to her expertise in HR, Sharon also works with non-profit organizations and early stage ventures, providing these organizations with valuable support and guidance as they work to grow and succeed. With her passion for helping others, Sharon is dedicated to helping these organizations find and retain top talent, and she takes pride in helping to build strong, sustainable organizations that make a positive impact on the world.
